“Quality comes from the head!”, describes Vitali Wiebe, project engineer and new quality management representative of heat 11 his philosophy on the subject “quality”. His ambition is to lead the quality management system of heat 11 to the certification as per DIN EN ISO 9001 because “the constant high quality or our products and services that we render our customers as well as above all the satisfaction of our customers are the decisive factors for us for the permanent success of heat 11!”, explains Wiebe.
Wiebe knows from his own experience what a decisive importance the quality has for the success of a project: “Our ambition is: Zero errors, therefore our main focus of attention is to avoid errors. For complex plant projects, however, errors can not always be avoided. Therefore we have to detect errors as early as possible.”, says Wiebe. A prodecure developed with the project engineers and the constructors ensures that errors are avoided as far as possible respectively detected and eliminated as early as possible.
Most important factor for the continuous improvement of quality and a sustainable implementation within the business organization however is the human being. Wiebe: “Quality stands and falls with the attitude towards the customer. Therefore we think about his requirements from his perspective in order to mutually find the best solution both in terms of quality and economy.”
