The image shows a complete equipped container with exterior steam generation and vessels. The plant was developed for a soil treatment / decontamination plant in Australia.
These components are usually installed on site. In case an assembly is not economically and temporally justifiable, it is advisable to use plants that are ready for operation immediately upon delivery.
Container systems have the advantage that they can be used flexibly as mobile unit and in multiple projects. They are equipped with or without insulation, A/C, light, doors etc.
At the site of operation they offer the shortest installation time and in addition there are no expenses for the construction of an appropriate service room.
The plant as described consists of a gas-fired heater with pump group and an external container tower. The plant is complemented by a steam generation plant indirectly heated with heat transfer oil, with feed water pump, feed water container and water treatment. The corresponding switch panels are also mounted in the container.
The plant had been completely assembled and approved at works. Following demounting and seaworthy packaging the transport to Australia started where the commissioning will take place in the near future.
