The thermal oil plant specialist heat 11 GmbH & Co. KG from Bielefeld has strengthened its structure and personnel. The Wojtynia Beteiligungs GmbH becomes new shareholder and Guido Reckmann part of the management. This is considered as a clear signal and confirms the company motto proclaimed at the beginning of the year: 100 % ready for take-off for 2021!

In the future, Reckmann will be responsible for the areas of production, pipeline construction, quality management, IT, controlling and marketing. As a long-standing managing director of a special machine manufacturer for automation solutions, he has international experience and comprehensive competences.
The industrial engineer (born in 1967) first worked as a controller in various large companies. Later as a manager and managing director of a medium-sized company with 200 employees and 40 million EUR in annual sales.
Most recently, Guido Reckmann was an interim manager in mechanical engineering and the automotive industry. He is considered a proven specialist in the field of hydrogen technology and already knows the team and the heat 11 company very well: »A super company! Founded in 2011 by real enthusiasts, the company went straight from zero to 100 – a start-up with really great potential.« the strategist shows himself impressed. »While looking for a competent partner for our projects at the time, we came across heat 11. When the opportunity arose to get involved here, we seized the chance directly with our investment company. It is remarkable what motivation and enthusiasm the whole team shows for the topic process heat. We would now like to continue this positive drive and spirit.«
